We want you to love every purchase you make with the Single Moms Sorority. If you feel the need to return any product purchased, we will be more than happy to provide a full refund in the following situations:

• Item was purchased in the last 30 days.
• Item is still in brand new condition.
• For online courses, the course must be less than 25% complete.
• For digital products that are downloaded, a credit for the amount paid will be issued and can only be used on any other item in the SMS store.
• For physical items, a refund will be processed once the item is mailed back and received at the Single Moms Sorority.
• Refunds are processed in 3-5 business days and can take up to 10 days to reflect in your account.
• We offer free shipping on all items. For this reason, the expense for shipping the item back will be the responsibility of the customer.
