Why I created Happy and Hopeful
Being completely transparent, I spent more than a few nights on the bathroom floor, crying and just asking God to take my life. I was feeling very overwhelmed, stripped of freedom, and just lost as a single mom. I was trying to balance it all, failing at everything, and praying a lot to just make it through the day. I know the weight of the tears shed in silence, the feeling of overwhelm, and the longing for just someone who truly understood what you are going through and feeling.
I've poured my heart and insights into creating this 12-week course, "Happy & Hopeful." I designed it with every single mom in mind, especially if you've ever felt like I did—hopeless, overwhelmed, depressed, or just yearning for a deeper connection.
